Maman Hudson Opens at 205 Hudson Street

Maman, the beloved NYC café, restaurant and event space, from founders Benjamin Sormonte and Elisa Marshall, are opening their 8th location, maman hudson (205 Hudson Street), on Monday, November 12th at 7AM! As an opening special, maman will give the first 100 people a free mini nutty chocolate chip cookie and milk shot with their purchase. Menu highlights include maman’s breakfast sandwich with homemade bourbon bacon jam and the brookesalad with turmeric quinoa, lentils, baby kale, goat cheese, dried cranberries, toasted almonds & sesame seeds, and NEW TREATS – a light and airy Lavender Hot Chocolate Pie and a decadent dairy-free Nutty Chocolate Chip Hot Chocolate! The hot chocolate is maman’s FAMOUS nutty chocolate chip cookie (one of Oprah’s Favorite Things) in drink form! It’s not only delicious, but completely dairy-free made with Elmhurst unsweetened walnut milk and oat milk, cocoa powder, and of course topped with nutty chocolate chip cookie pieces. The pie is maman’s iconic lavender hot chocolate in pie form. It’s reimagined as a dessert for the first time with dark chocolate crust filled with light lavender chocolate mousse and topped with sprigs of lavender.

Open seven days a week, Maman offers a selection of delicious baked goods, coffee, fresh breakfast and lunch options, and seated lunch, brunch, and a full bar at selected locations. Items include: hearty farm fresh salads, quiches, sandwiches, soups, an assortment of pastries and desserts, including their famous nutty chocolate chip cookie, named one of Oprah’s ‘Favorite Things’ for 2017 and one of the best chocolate chip cookies in New York from NY Magazine. Maman also serves coffee from Brooklyn’s renowned Toby’s Estate.
